Returns and Exchanges
- Returns are not accepted.
- Cancellations within 24 hours will be accepted, for made to order items, once we’ve had our video call and I have began to sew, if an order gets canceled, the 50$ deposit will go to my time invested in the project
- I offer free fixes and alterations (within reason i.e, if something really doesn’t fit, if the clothing broke )- shipping costs on your end will not be covered.
SHIPPING
- All items are shipped from Santa Cruz CA, with USPS
- Expedited and rush shipments are available, if you need it for a specific date, contact me for details!
- Please ensure your address is correct, and safe. Stolen packages will not be replaced.
- Wait time for orders is 1-3 months. Keep in mind that time will vary based on my work load and personal capacity. If you need an item sooner, reach out for more info.
ORDER INFO
Each item will vary slightly, keep in mind it is HANDMADE. This means, there will be slight differences item to item, please keep this in mind.
Wait time is 1-4 months, this is not fast fashion,
I will consistently be coming out with new designs, follow my instagram for more updates as new designs come into being!
